Well let put it like this, it looks better than my old sony 60" I've had in the past. I am amazed at all the picture tuning you can do for a beast like this.Add the fact that it is 3D ready just waiting for the adapter to come out for it. When I play fight night round 4 it feels like I'm watching it on tv instead of playing the game. Also I suggest you get the matching stand to with it. All tho I didn't buy mines from Amazon, bought it from Costco I came out on top I paid 1299 for tv and stand there is no way in hell you gonna find a deal like that, but really if you are into big screeners for your basement i really recommend you get one of these or the 82"er trust me if I had a few more thousands in my pocket i would jump for the 82"er. my only down side to this tv is the remote, its quite boring but my onkyo remote takes care of all that and there is no USB slot but not an big issue. To really appreciate the picture quality i suggest you sit down and play with the picture set up. Lmao you bad I can not hang on the wall can not wadoeji the TV because I do other things ...... I tend to not be scanned by disappointment
